The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Chunky Lalwani (Membership Number F13850) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. The appointment is effective from Thursday, July 16, 2026.
Mr. Chunky Lalwani is a qualified Company Secretary and a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 7 years of experience in corporate governance practices and compliances of listed/unlisted companies. He possesses strong expertise in Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other SEBI laws.
Prior to joining Atishay Limited, Mr. Lalwani was associated with Dilip Buildcon Limited, Heritage Foods Limited and Olectra Greentech Limited.
