Atishay Limited, as the Prime Bidder, in consortium with M/s Gundal Business Private Limited, has been awarded a Rate Contract Work Order by the State Election Commission, Karnataka (SEC Karnataka).
Project Scope
The contract is for "Printing of State Voter Identity Cards (SVIC) and Other Enclosures for the State Election Commission, Karnataka" covering five (5) City Corporations under the Greater Bengaluru Authority in the State of Karnataka.
Contract Duration
The Rate Contract has been awarded for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance of the Work Order and shall remain valid up to May 2027. The contract is extendable for a further period of up to six (6) months in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender documents.
Execution Terms
The Company shall execute the project in accordance with the timelines, specifications, guidelines, instructions and directions issued by SEC Karnataka from time to time. Work shall be executed in accordance with tender conditions, work order, and instructions/guidelines issued by SEC Karnataka.
Financial Considerations
The contract is rate-based with no fixed monetary value assigned at the outset. The total consideration shall depend upon the actual quantity of work orders issued by the Authority during the contract period. The disclosure notes that "given the scale and scope, the expected potential value is significant."
