The work order pertains to the "Digitization of official records of Municipal corporation Ludhiana." The project involves digitizing approximately 165 lakh pages of documents, which include pages of varying sizes and Pay Bill Registers. The company notes that this page count may be increased or decreased at the time of actual execution of the work.
The total value of the work order is ₹4.23 crores, inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). The contract has a stipulated completion timeline of 3 years, which includes an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) phase.
The disclosure specifies that this is a domestic order awarded by a domestic entity. The company has confirmed that neither its promoters nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entity (Municipal Corporation Ludhiana). The order does not qualify as a related party transaction and is conducted at arm's length.
The company states that this successive work order augments its order book, enhances revenue visibility, and reinforces its position as a trusted implementation partner for large-scale government digitization projects.
