Atishay Limited has disclosed the award of a new work order pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The work order has been awarded by The Udaipur Central Cooperative Bank Ltd, Udaipur, which operates under the Co-operative Department Rajasthan. The scope of work includes Supply, Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance of Micro ATMs devices for Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) of the bank.
The total contract value is ₹ 82.25 Lakhs (Rupee Eighty Two Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand Only), inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes. The contract is domestic in nature and must be executed and completed by 7th August, 2026.
The company states that neither the promoters nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entity (The Udaipur Central Cooperative Bank Ltd). The order does not qualify as a related party transaction and is conducted at arm's length.
