The Letter of Intent is for the design, manufacture, testing and supply of 12 Nos. of 160 MVA, 220/132 kV Auto Transformers. This is against Tender Specification No. PMM21-31/2026 (Lot-2).
The total contract value of the order is Rs 193.92 crore, inclusive of GST.
The Company stated it will execute the order in accordance with the technical specifications, commercial terms and delivery schedule stipulated under the tender.
