Atlanta Electricals intimates appointment of two Independent Directors on its material unlisted subsidiary Atlanta Trafo Limited's board.
Mr. Dukhabandhu Rath and Mrs. Jinkal Darshan Patel appointed for a 5-year term effective from May 12, 2026.
Appointments approved by subsidiary shareholders and made in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations 24(1) and 30.
Both appointees are existing Independent Directors of the parent company and are not debarred from directorship.
