Atul Auto signed an MOU with Exponent Energy to manufacture and supply 15,000 electric three-wheelers over three years.
The order value is approximately Rs. 490.50 crore, with vehicles priced at Rs. 3.27 lakh each (ex-GST).
The collaboration aims to accelerate Atul Auto's presence in the electric vehicle segment with rapid charging technology.
The agreement is a domestic order, not a related party transaction, and is extendable by a six-month grace period.
