Document Distribution

  • The Notice of the 39th Annual General Meeting and Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be sent to all shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Depositories
  • These documents will also be made available on the Company's website at https://www.aurobindo.com/investors/disclosures-under-regulation-46/financial-information/annual-reports
  • For shareholders without registered email IDs, a letter containing the weblink and path to access these documents will be sent

Share Register Closure

Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:

  • The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to Thursday, August 27, 2026 (both days inclusive)
  • This closure is for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting
