Aurobindo Pharma Completes Domestic Formulations Business Transfer

Aurobindo Pharma Limited has completed the transfer of its domestic branded generic pharmaceutical formulations products business to Auropharm Limited (formerly known as Auro Pharma Limited).
Auropharm Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Limited.
The transfer was executed pursuant to a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) dated April 6, 2026.
The business was transferred as a going concern on a slump sale basis.
The transfer became effective from July 1, 2026.
The domestic branded generic pharmaceutical formulations products business is now being undertaken by Auropharm Limited.

This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company refers to its previous communication dated April 6, 2026, regarding the execution of the Business Transfer Agreement.
