Aurum PropTech's committee approved a grant of 350,000 stock options to eligible employees under its ESOP Plan 2021.
The options have an exercise price of ₹120 per share and a minimum vesting period of one year.
Upon full exercise, the grant will result in the issuance of 350,000 equity shares of face value ₹5 each.
