Austin Engineering Reconstitutes Three Board Committees

Austin Engineering reconstituted its Audit, Nomination, and Stakeholder Relationship committees effective May 20, 2026.
The changes follow the resignation of Mr. Jagdishchandra Jagani, who was chairperson and member of all three committees.
Ms. Isha Kirag Thanki was appointed as the new chairperson for all three committees, comprising entirely of independent directors for Audit and Nomination.
