Avenue Supermarts allotted 15,820 equity shares under its 2016 ESOP scheme at an exercise price of Rs. 299 per share.
The paid-up share capital increased to Rs. 6,522,459,770 divided into 652,245,977 equity shares post-allotment.
The allotment was approved by the ESOP Committee via circular resolution on June 18, 2026, and disclosed under SEBI LODR regulations.
