Avonmore Capital Acquires 100% Stake in EGE Consultant

Avonmore Capital & Management Services Ltd. signed a Share Purchase Agreement on April 10, 2026, to acquire 100% of Excelling Geo & Engineering Consultant Pvt. Ltd.
The acquisition will make EGE Consultant Pvt. Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary, with completion subject to conditions precedent outlined in the agreement.
The transaction is classified as a related party transaction due to a common director and has received necessary Audit Committee and Board approvals.
Prior to the acquisition, the company held no shares in EGE Consultant Pvt. Ltd., and the deal is structured to be at arm's length.
