Avonmore Capital successfully completed its 100% acquisition of Excelling Geo & Engineering Consultant on April 13, 2026.
The transaction was executed pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement with all conditions precedent fulfilled.
Excelling Geo has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avonmore Capital effective from the completion date.
The disclosure complies with SEBI Listing Regulations following earlier intimations on February 13 and April 10, 2026.
