The AVPN Global Conference 2026 concluded on Thursday, 27 August 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Hosted in India for the first time in the conference’s 13‑year history, the three‑day flagship event marked AVPN’s fifteenth year of mobilising capital for impact across Asia. Over 2,400 delegates representing 52 markets attended, alongside more than 350 speakers who delivered content across 140 sessions under the theme “A Blueprint for Action in Asia”.

Key Partnerships and Initiatives

  • Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) Continuum: A dedicated feature was launched on AVPN’s ImpactCollab platform, creating a vetted space that links funders with organisations advancing gender‑equality outcomes across the continent.
  • ASEAN CSR Working Group: Officially inaugurated, the group brings together corporate, CSR and foundation leaders to align private‑sector capital with ASEAN‑BAC priorities and foster cross‑sector collaboration throughout Southeast Asia.
  • Sangam Collaborative: Launched by Ajay Piramal (Chairman, Piramal Foundation), Mark Suzman (CEO, Gates Foundation) and Amit Chandra (Chairperson, Bain Capital India Office and Co‑founder, A.T.E Chandra Foundation). The initiative targets public‑system strengthening in education and health across five high‑need Indian states, with an ambition to improve outcomes for 70 million people.
  • Global Mental Health Consortium: Established to bridge fragmented funding and action on youth mental health across Asia, bringing together policymakers, experts and practitioners.
  • AVPN–Erth Zayed Philanthropies MoU: Formalised collaboration to connect UAE‑based philanthropy with AVPN’s regional network, enhancing knowledge sharing, network access and resource mobilisation across West Asia and the broader Asian impact ecosystem.
  • Impact Investing Day: A first‑of‑its‑kind large‑scale convening focused on aligning the full continuum of capital, emphasizing catalytic capital, domestic mobilisation and scalable financing models.

Leadership Remarks

AVPN CEO Naina Subberwal Batra highlighted the shift from dialogue to execution, stating that Asian leaders are ready to lead with ambition and concrete frameworks. She called for blended finance and cross‑sector partnerships to close systemic, urgent challenges and pledged AVPN’s commitment to turning the conference’s blueprint into measurable outcomes for communities, markets and systems across Asia.
