Awfis Expands Chennai Footprint with 114,000 Sq Ft

Awfis Space Solutions launched two new flexible workspace centers in Chennai totaling ~114,000 sq ft chargeable area.
The expansion increases Awfis' Chennai presence to 28 centers covering ~875,000 sq ft, strengthening its South India footprint.

New centers located in premium Grade A developments at Olympia Crystal, Guindy and DLF Cyber City, Manapakkam.
