Axis Bank Limited has successfully completed the allotment of U.S. $300,000,000 5.179% Senior Notes under the Bank's U.S. $5,000,000,000 GMTN (Global Medium Term Note) Programme. The issuance and allotment were completed in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

This disclosure is made in furtherance to previous communications dated December 26, 2025 (Reference: AXIS/CO/CS/493/2025-26) and August 17, 2026 (Reference: AXIS/CO/CS/337/2026-27).

The Notes will be listed on two exchanges: Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and Debt Securities Market of the NSE IFSC Limited.
