Axis Bank Announces Sparsh Week 2026

Axis Bank, one of India’s largest private‑sector banks, launched its flagship customer‑obsession programme, Sparsh Week 2026, scheduled for 7 to 11 September 2026. The week is anchored around the theme “Act with Speed,” underscoring the bank’s pledge to translate customer insights into faster action and improved experiences.

Scale of Customer Engagement

The bank aims to conduct more than 2.5 lakh (250,000) customer conversations across a wide array of touchpoints, segments, geographies and life‑stage groups. Over 90 senior leaders will be on the ground, travelling from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Kutch to Kohima, meeting customers at branches, MWBCs, loan centres, Axis Phone locations, and other offices.

Leadership Commentary

Amitabh Chaudhry, MD & CEO of Axis Bank, stated that Sparsh is more than a programme; it institutionalises customer obsession, turning feedback into journey design, employee empowerment and better experiences. He highlighted that the “Act with Speed” theme reflects the belief that listening must lead to swift action.

New Digital Financing Offering

During the week, Axis Bank will introduce a simplified auto and two‑wheeler financing journey. The end‑to‑end paperless process is fully digital, enabling application‑to‑disbursement in just 30 minutes through automated decisioning, straight‑through processing, digital documentation and seamless dealer integration. The product is available to both existing and new‑to‑bank customers.
