- Uses gravimetric calibration method as primary standard (internationally recognized)

- Delivers high-precision Calibration & Measurement Capability (CMC)
- Calibration range: 15 NB to 450 NB (covering small process lines to large-diameter industrial pipelines)
- Dual simultaneous rig operation: SS (stainless steel) and MS (mild steel) rigs managed through in-house developed SCADA system
- Calibrates electromagnetic flow meters, ultrasonic flow meters, mass flow meters, and hygienic applications (SS rig)
- Industries served: Water Distribution, Wastewater/ETP/STP, Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals, Cement & Metals, EPC & Industrial Utilities
Solar Power Initiative
- Commissioned 160 kW on-grid solar power plant at Site 108
- All regulatory approvals completed
- Became on-grid live by end of May 2026
- Phase 2 planning: 20 kW solar power plants at Sites 324 & 332 (feasibility study currently underway)
