AXISCADES Acquires Cloud Wave for ₹260 Cr

On 28 August 2026, the Board of Directors of AXISCADES Technologies Limited (NSE: AXISCADES, BSE: 532395) approved the acquisition of a majority stake in Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited, a Bengaluru‑based precision‑engineering and manufacturing company. The transaction values Cloud Wave at approximately INR 260 crore, subject to final account adjustments under the definitive agreements.

Cloud Wave, founded in 2014 and AS9100D‑certified, operates seven manufacturing units offering precision machining, sheet‑metal fabrication, tooling, plastic injection moulding, 3D printing, and surface‑treatment services. Its customer base spans the Aerospace & Defence and Semiconductor sectors, serving both domestic and export markets. The company is expected to generate revenue of about ₹180 crore with an EBITDA margin of 22 % in fiscal year 2027.

The acquisition forms a key inorganic component of AXISCADES’ “Power 930” growth plan, intended to accelerate the scale‑up of its Aerospace Manufacturing platform. In parallel, AXISCADES is developing a new Centre for Advanced Manufacturing (CAM) – a 240,000 sq ft, world‑class facility on a 20‑acre campus at its Devanahalli Aerospace Park. The CAM will consolidate and expand manufacturing operations, enabling the group to serve global OEMs, deepen proximity to customers in the United States and Europe, and position itself to bid for domestic defence programmes with agencies such as ADA, HAL and DRDO.

"This is a defining step for AXISCADES," said K.P. Mohanakrishnan, Deputy CEO & President – Aerospace, emphasizing the intent to fill a capability and capacity gap in India’s aerospace supply chain and to leverage two decades of engineering heritage. Satishkumar P., Founder & CEO of Cloud Wave, welcomed the partnership, noting that joining the AXISCADES Group will provide greater scale, broader customer access and long‑term capital to accelerate its ambitions.

The press release includes standard forward‑looking statements regarding future acquisitions, facility development and growth targets, subject to risks and uncertainties, and notes that AXISCADES has no obligation to update these statements except as required by law or listing regulations.
