AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced through a press release dated August 30, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved on August 28, 2026, the acquisition of a majority stake in Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited.

- Enterprise valuation: Approximately INR 260 crores (subject to finalization of accounts and adjustments as set out under definitive agreements)
- Target company: Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based precision engineering and manufacturing company
- Strategic purpose: Accelerates AXISCADES' strategy to scale up its Aerospace Manufacturing platform and add immediately operational precision-manufacturing capabilities

- Founded in 2014, headquartered in Bengaluru
- AS9100D-certified manufacturer operating seven manufacturing units
- Capabilities include precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, tooling, plastic injection moulding, 3D printing, and surface treatment
- Customer base spans Aerospace & Defence and Semiconductor sectors across domestic and export markets
- Financial projection: Expected to generate INR 180 crore revenue at 22% EBITDA margin in FY27
Strategic Context
- Acquisition is part of AXISCADES' Power 930 growth plan targeting expansion into aerospace manufacturing
- Company is separately developing a new Centre for Advanced Manufacturing (CAM) – a 240,000 sq ft world-class facility on a 20-acre campus at its Devanahalli Aerospace Park
- The facility is designed to consolidate and scale manufacturing operations to serve global OEMs
- AXISCADES will continue to evaluate selective inorganic opportunities that deepen manufacturing capabilities, expand technology access, and strengthen proximity to global customers in US & EU markets
