Acquisition Overview

On 28 August 2026, the Board of Directors of AXISCADES Technologies Limited (listed on NSE and BSE) approved the acquisition of a majority stake in Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited. The transaction is valued at an enterprise valuation of approximately INR 260 crore, subject to finalisation of accounts and adjustments under the definitive agreements.

Target Company Profile

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Cloud Wave Technologies is an AS9100D‑certified precision‑engineering and manufacturing firm. It operates seven manufacturing units offering precision machining, sheet‑metal fabrication, tooling, plastic injection moulding, 3D printing, and surface‑treatment capabilities. Its customer base spans the Aerospace & Defence and Semiconductor sectors, serving both domestic and export markets. The company is projected to generate INR 180 crore of revenue with a 22% EBITDA margin in FY27.

Strategic Rationale for AXISCADES

The acquisition forms a key inorganic component of AXISCADES’ Power 930 growth plan, aimed at accelerating the scale‑up of its Aerospace Manufacturing platform. By adding Cloud Wave’s operational precision‑manufacturing capabilities, AXISCADES intends to address a capability and capacity gap in India’s aerospace supply chain, collaborate with Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 suppliers, and serve global OEMs. The company is concurrently developing a new Centre for Advanced Manufacturing (CAM), a 240,000 sq ft world‑class facility on a 20‑acre campus at its Devanahalli Aerospace Park, designed to consolidate and expand manufacturing operations.

Executive Statements

K.P. Mohanakrishnan, Deputy CEO & President – Aerospace of AXISCADES, described the deal as a defining step that leverages two decades of engineering legacy to become a significant player in the aerospace manufacturing ecosystem, enabling bids for domestic programmes with ADA, HAL, DRDO and others. Satishkumar P., Founder & CEO of Cloud Wave, said joining the AXISCADES Group provides greater scale, broader customer access, and long‑term capital to accelerate its ambitions.

Future Outlook

AXISCADES indicated it will continue to evaluate selective inorganic opportunities that deepen manufacturing capabilities, expand technology access, and strengthen proximity to global customers in the United States and Europe.
