Aye Finance Appoints New CFO and Statutory Auditor

Aye Finance Limited's Board accepted Sovan Satyaprakash's resignation as Interim CFO, effective April 27, 2026.
Gaurav Seth, Head of Investor Relations, was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer effective April 28, 2026.
MSKA & Associates, LLP was appointed as the new Statutory Auditor for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
