The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment of 53,792 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 per share to eligible employees of the Company. The shares were allotted under the AYM Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 and AYM Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021 (collectively referred to as "AYM ESOP Scheme 2018 and AYM ESOP Scheme 2021") pursuant to the exercise of stock options by employees.

The approval for the allotment was granted at the Finance Committee meeting held on Thursday, July 30, 2026.

Capital Structure Impact

Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased:

• Pre-allotment capital: ₹58,73,40,910 (5,87,34,091 equity shares of ₹10 each)
• Post-allotment capital: ₹58,78,78,830 (5,87,87,883 equity shares of ₹10 each)

The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
