B.A.G. Films and Media Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about its upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The 33rd AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

The Company has fixed Thursday, September 10, 2026 as the cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-voting. This applies to shareholders holding shares in both physical and dematerialized form who will be entitled to cast their votes by electronic means (including Remote e-voting) for the business to be transacted at the 33rd AGM.

The disclosure was made to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited as part of regulatory compliance requirements.
