Dividend Declaration
Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of ₹1.00 per Equity Share (face value ₹10) for the Financial Year 2025–26 at its meeting held on August 14, 2026.
The Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility is Friday, September 18, 2026.
The dividend is subject to approval by members at the 15th Annual General Meeting.
Payment will be made after deducting Tax at Source (TDS) as per the Income Tax Act, 2025.
TDS Rates and Procedures
Resident Individual Shareholders
- No TDS if total dividend income in the financial year is less than ₹10,000.
- No TDS if Form 121 is submitted and income exceeds ₹10,000 (PAN required).
- 10% TDS if income exceeds ₹10,000 and no Form 121 is submitted (PAN required).
- 20% TDS if income exceeds ₹10,000 and no PAN is provided.
Non-Resident Individual Shareholders (Other than FPIs/FIIs)
- 20.80% TDS (including 4% Health & Education cess) for income up to ₹50,00,000.
- 22.88% TDS (including 10% surcharge and 4% cess) for income from ₹50,00,001 to ₹1 crore.
- 23.92% TDS (including 15% surcharge and 4% cess) for income above ₹1 crore.
Foreign Companies/Overseas Body Corporates
- 21.21% TDS (including 2% surcharge and 4% cess) for income above ₹1 crore to ₹10 crores.
- 21.84% TDS (including 5% surcharge and 4% cess) for income above ₹10 crore.
FPIs/FIIs
- 20.80% TDS (including 4% cess) for income up to ₹50,00,000.
- 22.88% TDS (including 10% surcharge and 4% cess) for income above ₹50 lakhs to ₹1 crore.
- 23.92% TDS (including 15% surcharge and 4% cess) for income above ₹1 crore to ₹2 crores.
- 23.92% TDS (including 15% surcharge [capped for dividend income] and 4% cess) for income above ₹2 crore to ₹5 crores and above ₹5 crores.
Important Notes
- Non-resident shareholders can claim benefits under DTAA by submitting (a) Tax Residency Certificate, (b) Form 41 (erstwhile Form 10F), and (c) Declaration as per prescribed format.
- The company is not obligated to apply beneficial Tax Treaty rates and will do so only upon satisfactory review of submitted documents.
- Individual shareholders must link Aadhaar with PAN to avoid higher TDS deduction.
- Non-resident shareholders with PAN claiming treaty benefits must file Form 41 online for FY 2026-27 (April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027).
Shareholder Actions Required
Shareholders must upload duly filled and signed Form 121 to the RTA online portal (https://www.purvashare.com/investor-service/form-15g-15h-10f) or email to cs@boxandboard.in on or before Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

All fields in Form 121 are mandatory, and the company may reject incomplete forms.
Shareholders are requested to register/update email IDs, mobile numbers, and bank account details with their Depository Participants/RTA for electronic dividend credit.
