The company received the order on September 21, 2026, at 3:40 P.M. through Speed Post and disclosed it to the exchange on September 22, 2026, at 2:54 P.M., along with a copy of the order, within the prescribed timeline under SEBI Listing Regulations.
The shifting was approved pursuant to a special resolution passed in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the company held on May 25, 2026. The company was incorporated on February 24, 1994, and currently has its registered office in Haryana under the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Haryana.
The rationale for shifting provided in the application was that "the affairs of the company would be managed more economically and efficiently to the advantage of all concerned."
The approval was granted after considering nil objections received from creditors and debenture holders, and a 'no objection' received from the Registrar of Companies, Haryana based on documents available on the MCA portal. The statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, and rules were found to be duly complied with.
The approval is subject to the condition that "the interest of no employee of the company shall adversely be affected by way of retrenchment or otherwise." Additionally, the jurisdiction of any pending litigation shall remain unchanged.
