Baazar Style Retail Limited has announced that its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Document Distribution
The Notice of the 13th AGM and Annual Report containing financial statements and other statutory reports for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 will be:
- Sent electronically to all members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s)
- For members without registered email addresses, the Company will send a letter containing a weblink to access the Notice and Annual Report, in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations
Key Dates
The Company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026 as the "Cut-off Date" for determining members eligible to:
- Vote on resolutions set out in the Notice of the 13th AGM
- Attend the 13th AGM
