Key Details of the Change
Consequent to a change in reporting on account of organisational restructuring, two individuals will cease to form part of the company's senior management, as defined under Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The individuals are:
- Ms. Baminee Viswanat, General Counsel (redesignated as Chief Legal Officer)
- Mr. Vijay Jerome, Chief Digital & Information Officer
Effective Date
The cessation is effective from 01 June 2026.
