Bajaj Electricals Allots 2,056 ESOP Shares

Bajaj Electricals' Stakeholders' Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 2,056 equity shares to employees under the PSOP 2023 scheme.
The allotment was made to 4 employees, including shares for a deceased employee to be issued to their legal heir.
Post-allotment, the company's paid-up capital increased to 11,53,92,769 equity shares amounting to ₹23,07,85,538.
The shares were issued at an exercise price of ₹2.00 per share and will rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
