The results were communicated to stock exchanges and displayed on the Company's website and Register and Transfer Agent's website.

The meeting was conducted in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, following guidelines and directions issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
