Balaji Telefilms Allots 90,450 ESOP Shares

Balaji Telefilms' Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 90,450 equity shares to employees under its ESOP Scheme 2023.
The company's paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹24.36 crore to ₹24.38 crore, with total shares rising from 121,811,841 to 121,902,291.
The shares were issued at an exercise price of ₹55.28 per share (₹53.28 premium) and will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
The disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations and Share Based Employee Benefits Regulations, with filings submitted to BSE and NSE.
