Balgopal Commercial Limited disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Esquire Real Estate & Bio-infocom Pvt. Ltd, has received a Letter of Award from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), Mumbai for a redevelopment project.
The project involves redevelopment of land measuring 19,967.36 square meters located at Sion Kokari Agar, Shaikh Mistry Road, Antop Hill, Mumbai-400 037.
The Company's entitlement from the free sale component of the project is currently estimated to be approximately 5.87 lakh square feet, with an estimated Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of approximately ₹1200 crores. This entitlement is subject to the provisions of Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034 and other applicable laws.
The approval was received in the ordinary course of business of the subsidiary and will enable further progress of the proposed development project. The project advancement is contingent upon compliance with conditions specified in the award letter and receipt of other requisite approvals from concerned authorities.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
