Balkrishna Industries Limited's Finance Committee of the Board of Directors met on 18th August, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
The committee approved the issuance and allotment of 55,000 non-convertible debentures of face value ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating up to ₹550 crores.
