The Board of Directors of the company, via a Resolution by Circulation dated 9th October 2026, approved the appointment of Smt. Sipra Goon (DIN: 07743157) as an Additional Non-Executive Director in the designation of Independent Director. The appointment is effective immediately from 9th October 2026 and will last until the date of the next General Meeting, pending shareholder approval.
This appointment was made in line with the recommendation of the company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is pursuant to a directive from the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, which is the company's Administrative Ministry. From 2017 to 2020, she served as an Independent Director on the Board of Andrew Yule & Company Limited, another listed Government of India enterprise, where she contributed to corporate governance and board oversight.
