Term of three years from date of nomination (4th August 2026) on co-terminus basis
Subject to retirement of Directors by rotation
Terms and conditions as contained in the Ministry's letter dated 4th August 2026 and any further instructions from the Administrative Ministry
Appointment continues until further orders from Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, whichever is earliest

Currently working as Deputy Secretary (General Coordination & Flagship Program) in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas
Handles coordination works in the Ministry along with implementation of procurement policies related to 'Make in India'
Oversees initiatives of oil & gas CPSEs towards 'Make in India'/ 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat'
Manages matters related to Global Tender Enquiry, MSMEs, Indian Institute of Petroleum Energy (IIPE), Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum & Technology (RGIPT), Skill Development Initiatives
Holds Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Finance & HR
Has 26 years of experience working in various divisions of Government of India including Ministry of Defence, Department of Financial Services/Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Minority Affairs

Associated with Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. (subsidiary company) for nearly three decades, joining in 1998 at Chennai
Holds Postgraduate degree in Marketing & Sales Management and Bachelor's degree in Commerce
Has 31-years career experience with deep expertise in logistics solutions sector, particularly logistics infrastructure
Previously served as Executive Director (Logistics Infrastructure & Cold Chain) at Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd.
Currently holds position as Director (Service Businesses)
Known for strategic direction, operational efficiency, and fostering sustainable growth models in logistics domain

Both directors are not debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of SEBI order or any other authority
Neither director has any inter-se relationship with other Directors of the Company
