Balmer Lawrie Recommends ₹4.25 per Share Dividend

Balmer Lawrie board recommends a final dividend of ₹4.25 per equity share for FY ended March 31, 2026.
Dividend payment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The dividend will be paid on 17,10,03,846 equity shares within 30 days of AGM declaration.
