Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) Grant
The Board of Balrampur Chini Mills Limited granted Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) on 17th October 2026 under the "BCML Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2023" (ESAR 2023/Plan).
The grant was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
The quantity of equity shares to be allotted against each ESAR shall be determined as per the terms and conditions of the ESAR 2023 Plan.
