Balrampur Chini Mills granted Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) under its ESAR 2023 Plan on 23rd April 2026.
The grant was made in compliance with SEBI's Listing Obligations and Share Based Employee Benefits regulations.
The quantity of equity shares to be allotted per ESAR will be determined as per the plan's provisions.
