Net sugar production decreased to 9.68 Lac MT from 10.56 Lac MT in SS 2023-24, with net sugar recovery at 9.28%.
Ethanol diversion increased significantly, with 56.1% of cane going to B-heavy molasses route and 33.6% to C-heavy route.
Sugar sacrificed for ethanol production was 2.04 Lac MT, higher than the 1.27 Lac MT sacrificed in SS 2023-24.
