The Register of Members and Share Transfer Register will remain closed from Saturday, September 19, 2026 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (both days inclusive). This book closure is for the purpose of determining eligibility for the final dividend to be declared at the 37th AGM.
The 37th Annual General Meeting of the company for the year ended March 31, 2026 will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 12:30 pm (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual means (OAVM).
