  • Reason for resignation: Personal circumstances arising from relocation from Mumbai to Pune following marriage.
  • DIN/Membership Number: ACS 58602.
  • She confirmed there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in her resignation letter.

Appointment of New KMP

  • Mr. Amit Vinaybhai Jain appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
  • Effective date of appointment: October 15, 2026.
  • Appointment approved by the Board based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (acceptance letter dated 26th September, 2026).
  • Appointment terms and conditions: As mutually agreed between the Board and the Company Secretary.
