Bandaram Pharma EGM: Director Appointment and RPT Approvals

Bandaram Pharma Packtech has called an EGM on 27 April 2026 to seek shareholder approval for three key resolutions.
Shareholders will vote on appointing Mr. Eswar Reddy Putturu as an independent director for a five-year term.
The meeting will also consider two material related party transactions with subsidiary VSR Paper, involving sales/purchases of Rs 25 crore each and a corporate guarantee of Rs 50 crore.
