The Board will consider the following agenda items:

- Un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026
- Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30.06.2026
- Any other business with the permission of the Chair
The company has also disclosed that the trading window for dealing in securities has been closed since 01.07.2026 in compliance with Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window closure applies to all connected persons, officers, designated employees, insiders, directors of the Company, and their immediate relatives. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending 30.06.2026.
