Bandhan Bank Allots 39,369 ESOP Shares

Bandhan Bank allotted 39,369 equity shares to employees upon exercise of vested options under its ESOP Series 1 plan.
The allotment increased the bank's paid-up share capital from ₹16,10,97,85,870 to ₹16,11,01,79,560.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares, including for dividend entitlements.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on May 13, 2026.
