Bandhan Bank allotted 4,745 equity shares to employees upon exercise of vested options under its ESOP Series 1 plan.
The allotment increased the bank's paid-up share capital by Rs. 47,450 to Rs. 16,11,15,20,930.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares in all respects including dividend rights.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on October 08, 2026.
