Bank of Baroda Launches AI Multilingual Conversational Platform

Bank of Baroda launched bob SAMVAD, an in-house AI platform enabling real-time two-way communication across 22 languages.
The platform aims to eliminate language barriers in branches, with initial rollout across 250 branches in five states.
DFS Secretary M. Nagaraju commended the initiative as a benchmark for inclusive banking and enhanced customer service.
The bank also showcased bob Forest, a 6,000 sq. ft. green initiative at its Mumbai BKC office supporting ESG goals.
