Bank of Baroda Launches AI-Powered Multilingual Banking Platform

Bank of Baroda launched bob SAMVAD, an AI-powered multilingual conversational platform supporting 22 languages for real-time customer-staff communication.
The platform will be initially rolled out across 250 branches in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra.
DFS Secretary M. Nagaraju endorsed the platform as a benchmark for inclusive banking and enhanced customer service delivery.
The bank also showcased bob Forest, a 6,000 sq. ft. green initiative at its Mumbai BKC office supporting biodiversity and ESG goals.
