Bank of India has submitted a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
The disclosure announces that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on 14.08.2026. The agenda for the meeting includes considering and approving the raising of foreign currency funds through the establishment of a Medium-Term Note (MTN) Programme.
The proposed MTN Programme has a total size of up to USD 1.00 billion. The fundraising will be conducted in multiple tranches, with all issuances required to be completed by 31 December 2026. The bonds to be issued under this programme will be denominated in US Dollars with tenors of either 3 or 5 years.
The issuance of these bonds will be executed specifically through the Bank's BOI GIFT City Branch.
The intimation was signed by Usha Ramsinghani, Company Secretary of Bank of India, and was addressed to the Listing Departments of both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
