Bank of Maharashtra Appoints Fadnavis as Shareholder Director

Bank of Maharashtra appointed Mr. Prasenjeet Shrikrishna Fadnavis as Shareholder Director effective 24th March, 2026.
Fadnavis was elected by majority votes under Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970.
He will hold office until 30th June, 2028, and currently serves as Executive Director – Corporate Relations at Dr. D. Y. Patil Business School, Pune.
