Bank of Maharashtra Appoints Sushanta Mohanty Executive Director

Bank of Maharashtra appointed Sushanta Kumar Mohanty as Executive Director via DFS notification dated April 15, 2026.
Mohanty assumed charge on April 15, 2026, for a three-year tenure effective from assumption date.
He brings over 30 years of banking experience from Bank of Baroda, including international postings and treasury expertise.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
